1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payment terms: If you choose to pay by invoice, it will be issued on the day of delivery, with payment terms of Net 7 days, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please note that, unless prior arrangements have been made, I’m unable to accept new orders if there are any overdue invoices on your account. Alternatively, you can pay by card or paypal at checkout.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or direct debit (as applicable).

Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, currently at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, plus compensation charges.
2. Orders and Lead Times

Minimum order value: No minimum order value, some may incur a delivery charge depending on distance and order value - this is all worked out at checkout

Orders must be placed at least 3 working days before the required delivery or collection date. I am very flexible and always try to accomodate so if you're caught short, give me a shout and I can let you know how quickly I can get fresh bakes to you

All orders are subject to availability. Larger or custom orders may require extended notice.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason, including availability or concerns about payment.

3. Delivery and Collection

Delivery is available within Hampshire and Dorset. Delivery charges may apply to smaller orders.

Delivery days and times will be confirmed upon order. Delays due to third-party couriers or traffic are outside our control.

Alternatively, orders may be collected from our premises during specified hours.

Risk of loss and title pass to the Customer upon collection or delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns.

Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt, including photographs where possible.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion and will not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
5. Product Storage and Handling

Our products must be stored and handled in accordance with our instructions.

We are not responsible for spoilage or degradation due to improper storage after delivery or collection.
6. Custom Orders

Custom or branded products may require a deposit and are typically non-refundable once confirmed.

Turnaround times and pricing for bespoke orders will be quoted individually.
7. Intellectual Property

All branding, packaging designs, recipes, and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of New Forest Cake Kitchen.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our intellectual property without prior consent.
8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the products supplied.

We accept no liability for loss of profits, business interruption, reputational damage, or indirect/consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights under UK law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale supply immediately if:

Payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

You misuse our products or branding.
