INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

At New Forest Cake Kitchen, we understand the importance of providing accurate ingredient and allergen information. Having completed Food Hygiene Level 2 training at regular intervals since 2010 and also Allergen Awareness training, we have done all we can to be as clear as we can about what goes into our bakes. 

Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles all allergens and is not large enough to have separate 'allergen free' prep areas or equipment. We therefore cannot guarantee against cross-contamination and so do not claim that any of our bakes are 'allergen free'. 

Each bake arrives with a full ingredient label with allergens highlighted in bold.
